Reunion Events and Activities

Get ready for a weekend full of fun, family, and unforgettable memories! We’ve planned a variety of activities so everyone can enjoy the reunion. Some activities are group events while others allow family members to explore Orlando at their own pace.

Friday – September 4

Welcome Family Meet & Greet

Time: 6pm - Until

Start the reunion weekend by reconnecting with family members you may not have seen in a long time.

Meet and mingle in the Embassy Suites atrium to get reunion information and souvenir bag.

After you grab your goodies head down to Arcade Time on International Drive. A fun place for the entire family to hang out and enjoy games.

Saturday– September 5

Saturday is our Adventure Day! Families can choose from several exciting Orlando activities. Then later on that evening, dance the night away at the Gavin Family Reunion Banquet.

Daytime Activities

Experience an exciting wildlife adventure as you drive through and see animals up close.

Cost:

Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park

Cool off and enjoy one of Orlando’s most popular water parks.

If shopping is more your style, Orlando has amazing outlet malls with great deals on popular brands.

City Walk

Universal CityWalk is one of Orlando’s most exciting entertainment districts and the perfect place to explore during the Gavin Family Reunion weekend. Located right next to the Universal Orlando Resort, CityWalk is a vibrant outdoor area filled with restaurants, shops, music, and entertainment for all ages.

Gavin Family Reunion Banquet

Saturday night we will come together for the main reunion celebration. This will be a special evening celebrating our family legacy and the joy of being together.

Time: 6 - 10pm

Location: Embassy Suites Ballroom

Sunday– September 6

Faith & Farewell

Family Church Service - 11am- 12pm

Location: Embassy Suites

We will gather for a moment of reflection, gratitude, and prayer as a family.

Farewell Family Picnic & Meeting

Location: TBA

End the reunion weekend with a relaxing picnic filled with:
